as previously discussed, our esteemed colleague, Associate Professor Weidenbach, has just returned from an academic exchange with the Darmstadt Institute For Subconscious Engineering, where she was involved with the Traumsgerüst (translated Dream Scaffold or Dream Framework) where she studied techniques for constructing pre-dream foundations. What this does is allow the dreamer to enter a more prepared state for dreaming, including dream environment design, rules, allowing different emotions to be present or not, etc. It was an illuminating experience, and as an outcome, Professor Weidenbach has produced four Dream Scaffold audio tracks aimed at giving the prepared dreamer specific foundations for exploring their subconscious state. As a novice, she admits they are more essays in the craft rather than the complex designs the academic staff at Darmstadt Institute are producing. However, Professor Weidenbach would be delighted to share these essays with the fellows of the Dream Journal Institute as a knowledge exchange.
